* Electronic registration with the Food and Drug Authority and follow-up on the registration of items until ap proval is issued.

* Obtain shipment delivery orders from shipping agents on the specified date of ship arrival.

* Translate, organize, and print the shipment statement on time to quickly complete clearance.

* Print the statement and provide our clients with a copy of it as soon as it is printed for review and verification of the validity of the work mechanism.

* Follow up and monitor shipments during unloading, inspection and loading until they reach our customers.

* Follow up with the relevant customs departments (restrictions - exemptions - Food and Drug Authority - others) to finalize any items related to the shipment.

* Follow up on shipments until they are transferred for payment.

* Pay the port fees and cut the cards for delivery to our transportation department.

* Coordinating with the company regarding loading and transporting shipments so that the warehouses are ready to receive.

* For all refrigerated and iced shipments, vehicles will be at the company's warehouse early to complete unloading the shipment on the same business day.

* The ability to store shipments according to our customers’ work requirements outside the port until requested by our customers.

* The company’s logistics services official or supervisor can know the status of all our customers’ shipments through our website, where a user name is created for the company to review and follow up on all the details of the shipment from the date we receive its documents.
